HOW TO BEAT EXAM STRESS

Final exam is like a ghost for the students, and the month of exam they are often stress. It is because they are not ready to having exam. In this case the parent’s supports are very important, the parents have to prepare their child to faces the exam since early year. But although it was prepared, many students still got into panic and stress.

Advices from counselor during countdown exam:
- Do a certain amount of light exercise intensely  to decrease nervous while exam
- Study in burst, about 30 to 45 minutes then take a break
- Consult to the teacher  never be shy to ask if you has not understood about the materials.
Advices during exam week
- keep the week free of other commitment  to make you focus on exam
- dress comfortably for the exam  it will help your concentrations
- do the easier question first  it is better than think the hard question because you do not spent your time
- if panic starts to set, stop, breath deep & slowly and stretch your muscle
- assumes that exam is an interest experience in your life

Last words: the world won’t end if you fail. You will get another chance.
